Miles Davis
In A Silent Way
In A Silent Way is regarded as the first of Miles' Fusion albums which was only the highway to deliver one of the Jazz History masterpieces, Bitches Brew. In A Silent Way featured a full-blown electric approach: an album which is kicking categories of music to the curb and owes much of its essence to Rock improvisers like John McLaughlin -a newcomer at the time- and to pianists Chick Corea and Herbie Hancock.
