This is the fifth release on the 6-volume Surgeon reissues label SRX, collecting together an important selection of one-off tracks and highly limited rarities. Fivo appeared on a release on Round Records and Pagga featured on the Underground UK compilation release by Kickin Records. The B-side features 2 tracks from the mythical THX1139 which was previously only available on 50 white labels in 1996.
