2nd Drop present a killer remix 12” of one of the standout tracks from Djrum’s debut Seven Lies album, Dam. Offered the entire album, interestingly both remixers chose the same track! On the A-side, longtime friends of Djrum, Manchester’s Akkord, take the entire toolbox to work with their intense and detailed trademark darkside techno flex. On the flip we welcome Felix K, the head honcho of one of Berlin’s finest underground labels Hidden Hawaii, for his take on Dam. Felix’s reinterpretation floats majestically between hypnotic Berlin techno and super deep drum and bass ala Autonomic.
