The second part Echospace's Coldest Season series has 2 almighty works on it. Kicking off with 'Abraxas', you'll find youself drenched to the gills in static, hiss and a wonderfully washed out take on the classic Detroit / Berlin dub techno sound. Defiantly 4/4 based and full of the sort of icy cold feeling that I always eagerly anticipate. The flip side is the quite frankly brilliant 'Empyrean', a track that's liable to find itself in the techno hall of fame purely for delivering a hit of Jamaican inspired pure dub bass from heaven. Catchy, hummable, yet still packed full of underground goodness. Highly recommended!
